In my opinion, Garry's Mod is one of the biggest games that Steam offers and I love it. It is a Sandbox Physics game created on the Source Engine and offers mods to users to essentially create their own weapons, game modes, and more. So far, I have spent about 20 or so hours worth of gaming on various game modes. 

I have purchased the game because of watching my favorite youtuber play various GMod games such as Prop Hunt and Trouble In Terrorist Town.

Do you own Garry's Mod? What are your thoughts on the game? What made you purchase Garry's Mod? And approximately how many hours have you logged playing the game?

I own Garry's Mod, but really only play multiplayer. If you ever want to play ttt with me then I'll probably be on the server I mod (93.189.7.100:27215).

mourinhosgum : It might be just me but some game-modes seem slower than others. TTT and Prophunt play fine but Murder lags like heck. Servers usually play on CS, deathmatch or ttt specific maps so if you play long enough you'll probably have most commonly played ones. Missing textures used to lag me until I fixed them too.

I have the game and I think it's pretty awesome, what with its TTT mode (pretty much the only game-mode I ever play/played). I got it originally not because I follow famous YouTube people, but because I played it with my friend at his house and thought it was a fun game. Unlike iN008 over here, I've only managed to put in thirty-one hours into the game, so doesn't expect much out of me. I haven't played the game recently, but that's mostly just because all of my friends have stopped playing it and I find the single-player rather boring and I also bought a bunch of games for my PS3 and Vita. All in all though, it's a fun game, and it would be nice to get back into it.

I play Garry's Mod although I don't play it often lately. I don't really play sandbox mode though and I barely have any hours on it.

I find that sandbox mode is only fun with at least 3-4 people otherwise your not going to have much fun.

That's partially the only reason I stopped is because half my friends stopped playing it. But I still play the mini games it has to offer.

I find ultimate chimera hunt quite amusing.

But even that gets boring eventually and I would love to get my server back up and play some sandbox with people. If anyone willing to play with give me a holler.

I don't play TF2, but I know a ton of people do play it, and it has a great trading community.  I've dabbled in trading TF2 keys a bit, and would really like to get into the market, if I had the money.

edit: If I had Gmod, I would probably use it mostly for TF2.  I realize I sorta went off track in my first post, since I relate Garry's Mod to TF2 a lot.
