I do not have potatoes that often but when I do I eat the skin as well as the potato itself. When I eat the potato skin I like to dip mine in salsa and have melted cheese put on the potato it taste so good that way.

I don't think I have ever tried potato skins before, at least not that I recall of. I am sure it is good though, is it just like the actual skin of the potato and that's it? Otherwise if it is something else i am sure it would go great with dome dip. 

So I haven't had potato skins before, I just eat the inside or the whole potato itself and that's it. Good question though...now I am hungry XD

You might want to clarify what you mean, as I see some of the people that are replying here taking it as meaning the skin of a baked potato or the like, and others taking it as meaning Potato Skin "chips" if you will.

If you mean on a baked/boiled/etc. potato, then yes, it's my favorite part by far. To me, it seems to have a lot more flavor, much like the yolk of an egg having more flavor than the white of an egg.
