Hello for anyone who has been here for a while with me. Knows that I make stories as well. This one was due long ago but,I was doing some other things and then I forgot to start writing or more like has trouble too. Sorry if this is a bit late. I will summon those who replied to my other thread before to remind them. I also wanted to break my record with words, it didn't make sense to do all in one so I will do it chapter by chapter. And warning before you read it, there are some slang languages in this story as I wanted it to be very interesting. If you don't know what it means I suggest that you look it up. I hope you enjoy the first chapter of this story. ^^

The Girl Who Went Through Dramatic, Changes In Her Life

Chapter 1

Hello people I have never met before my name is teal. I somewhat have come back from an adventurous journey, that I thought that wasn’t possible.  And I am the age of now 50 I may be old but, I am still kicking. And always ready to go out and do crazy things! So….lets go back to the very beginning of my story of how it all started…..


It was 1923 where steam trains were working and how people where dressed like, how the air always had the smell of steam from the trains. My mother and I lived in a small town with houses that where big and small in a way. I was used to the smell as I lived with it for 15 years of my life or more. While some people struggle to breath in it. It was a little health hazard to other people in a way. The weather was warm as it was in the middle of summer at the time. The scenery was ok but not so fancy though. Because it was warm you only felt a little cold breeze while the sun overtakes it in a way. I love flowers but, when they try to grow where I live they always end up dying because of the lack of air they had. There was always loud noises coming from cars, that’s the sound of people heading to work in the morning.  I am normally happy and cheerful everyday but, for some reason not this day, I am. So my mood is glum, my mother came to my room and said “Come on Teal its time to wake up!” Teal shuffled her sleeping pattern, as you can see she does not want to get out of bed.  Her mother went to go and open the curtains and said “Hop up on those dogs right now!” annoyed by the sunlight, in her face Teal was not happy at all. “Mum scram…..you know how I love my sleep…” in a somewhat tired talk. And her mother said “Have you forgotten today is that day?” and teal slowly arose from her sleeping position, to sit up and replied back “That day?” and her mother nodded her head, then Teal said “Ok I’ll go and get ready and get dolled up then….” And her mother said “Attagirl!” with a happy face.


The two ladies got themselves ready to go outside people were hustling, and bustling around and through the town. As the sky was not clear it was a little grey because of the steam trains. In the town that they are they live very close to the train station. Teal began to recall her memories of her father, sadden by it she shook her head.  Her mother looked at Teal and asked if she was ok Teal replied back saying “I’m copacetic mum, so please don’t worry.” They got to the train station and ask they were about to board the train, they were asked to show their tickets. The ticket man said “All aboard!” then the smoke started to come out from the steam train as it left the train station. As teal and her mother was on it, when they rode the sky become much clearer with the colour sky blue. Teal began to think again it has been many years since the death of her father. She is now 15 and her father died when she was 5 years old, he died in an earthquake while protecting people. The people he did save come to visit her mother and herself in memory of him. She loved her father dearly when he was alive and still does even in death.

Teal said to herself “I wonder if mum is copacetic right now…..” then her mother turned to face teal saying “I’ll give you a clam later on, so you can buy some new ritzy clothes. And maybe look swanky around the guys, and find a hard boiled person too” she said that with a smile. And teal said “Mum I don’t need dough even what you said might be ducky but, it is ab-so-lute-ly baloney! I know you want nothing but, the best. You need the dough to pay rent for the house. The glad rags that I have I am happy with.” the train got to a stop, so teal and her mother got off the train to another town . Before they left the town the mother used a clam to buy some flowers. They started to walk out of the town and to a place called *Cemetery* they walk for some time before they got to the place. And the scenery of where they were was nice, full of life breathing flowers, with cut green grasses, daffodils and more nice scenery. Her mother said “Maybe when you gown up you can move to this place as it is not so hazardous….” Teal and her mother took a deep breath as they head for the grave of her father. As they walked sadden took place as it was sad for them. The finally reached his burial, the resting place. The mother put the flowers on the grave. While teal kneel down and said "Hi dad….."


Teal and her mother looked at the grave with sad faces. Because it was still hard for them to accept his death, as many things changed when he died. Teal said "Hey dad….I’m 15 now, a teen can you believe it? So many years have gone by….mum has more dough now even though she struggles with the rent….." and the mother said “Yes, and how!” with a happy face then teal continued “Sometimes we have people who are unfair and has a beef with mum, but I made them balled up in a way so we’re swell. I’m still sad that you are not with us…… I do hope you are resting well up there. And mum wants me to marry a bimbo, sorry mum that’s not happening. ” Then teals mum gave her that look, and teal didn’t like it at all and she said “Fine! I’ll see what I can do…” then her mothers mood changed back to normal.  Teal said one last thing to her dad “I believe there are better things out there for me….like an adventure or something! You know how I was young and I would run off to find an adventure for myself? It doesn’t happen so much now but, I believe, the next one will be better and will give us a better life that we have now. That’s the bees knees that I have been thinking of for while now”  her mother tapped her shoulder and said “Its time to go now…” teal nodded her head and said a tiny last message to her father “Someday we will be a egg person” teal sniffle as she rose up from kneeling down on the ground. Her mum hugged her to calm her down, when that happened they both left with teal looking back at the grave.
