I pay either two ways now. I used to pay with debit but since debits can be hacked easily (target hacking mess) I'm careful how I pay. I pay either with cash, that way I do not have to worry about personal information getting stolen. Another way I pay is by credit. Credit is better to pay with if I do not have cash. With a credit card you can dispute it say if you get hacked or have your ID stolen. With a debit you really can't do that.

I mainly shop online on amazon so the simple answer is that I pay by credit card. 
When outside of my house I use cash. Mainly because I can never remember my pin since I shop online too often, which doesn't require it, and it just feels better.

Well since I am too young to have a credit card yet, I pay everything I buy with cash or gift cards, whether it is an electronic or anything that I want to buy, pay it off with cash that I wisely save up for. I want to spend my money wisely and develop smart spending and saving habits, I am not going to be careless like some people tend to be with this stuff. So I pay all of it with cash.

I only use cash or unless I have a gift card.  I can only recall using my debit card once when I was buying my external hard drive and I was only 10$ short with the cash I had on me so I just used that and had the 10$ taken out of my bank account.  Other than that, can't really remember any other times.
