The title and description says it all. But here's some more info and my opinion:

Which Classic Gaming System do you love and why? I like the SNES because there's lots of action packed games and there's a whole library of it! One of the reasons why I joined Vizzed is to play lots of SNES games that I didn't have a chance to play.

But this thread is not about my opinion. Its about yours so type it! It can be from the Playstation, to the Sega Genesis to the GBA Advance , etc.

OK, I'm talking too much.

I favour the old Coin-Op Arcade Games.
Yes, The Home Consoles get all the hype. But Honestly the Coin-op's are where you can get the best experience. The Joystick will always be better than a D-pad or an Anolog for me.
Good Luck.
Peace.

If this thread considers the Super Nintendo Entertainment System to be a classical system of video gaming, then I would definitely consider the Super Nintendo Entertainment System to be my greatest preferred classical system of video gaming. Why? Actually, it is quite simple. Multiple of my greatest preferred video games had been created for the this classical system of video gaming, such as the three video games of Donkey Kong Country, Super Mario World, and even Super Mario Role Playing Game: Legend of the Seven Stars. The Super Nintendo Entertainment System had also intrigued me into video games of racing. If it was not for the two video games of Top Gear that had been created for this system, then I would have most likely never played video games of racing as much as I do today, which is not as much, but it is still enough. Haha!  If this thread considers the Super Nintendo Entertainment System to be a classical system of video gaming, then I would definitely consider the Super Nintendo Entertainment System to be my greatest preferred classical system of video gaming.

DenzGamer135 : Yes, this thread does considers the SNES. In fact, if you read my opinion which started this thread, I mentioned that SNES is one of the greatest classic gaming system in history and is my favourite (Hands Down!). Otherwise, good choice! They've got  games bursting with fun.

There are many home consoles to choose from, I have never really enjoyed playing at the arcade nor do I enjoy Handhelds but I do enjoy the SNES.
The huge library of games is full of wonders. From Aladdin to Zombies ate my Neighbours there are some amazing beauties in between. You don't even have to hear me tell you that the games were good. 379,060,000 games were sold in total as of december 2009.
I have beat Super Mario World and I am still playing it over and over again. I am almost at the end of A Link to the Past and Super Metroid, that game goes on forever but wow it was amazing.
See that's the thing everything was amazing about the console. The majority of the games, the controller was great there is nothing not to like about the SNES.

My favorite is GB Advance. As I haven't got a chance to play more of the other systems here yet with vizzed I have been all to familiar in my like with Gameboy advance and the games are really fun and quite easy for me to play. I never got into N64 games on Vizzed I have tried some but they didn't really work well for me. I guess I need to get back out there and play some more games with different systems.

My favorite classic console would be the GB Advance. I have a GB Advance emulator and I enjoy the games I have played on it. I played it much more than the PS 1, which I also liked.

Does the Game Cube count? If so, I chose the Game Cube as my favorite. If not, then I say the NES. I have both of these consoles and I like them a lot.

I am going to go with the Playstation. It’s not one of the first systems I have had, but some of my favorite games all time were for the original Playstation such as Guardian’s Crusade and Sim City 2000.

I would say the snes. It was the "RPG" system. So many games to enjoy and so much time played on it. The controller was also well made and ahead of its time if you ask me. I have been enjoying seeing some translated to English games in the snes section on Vizzed.

Nintendo 64 was my first classic Gaming System so I'd have to say it's my favourite, I never had the chance to play any others but hopefully that'll change as I'm in the process of trying to buy a Mega drive.

The 2 classic systems I really enjoy are Sega Genesis & Super Nintendo, but if I have to pick I would personally go for Sega Genesis because while there are a lot of Super Nintendo gamez  that has better sound effects & graphics, there is just a variety of Sega Genesis gamez I really enjoy such as of course the legendary Sonic, Road Rash, Kid Chameleon, Rocket Knight Adventure, Jurassic Park, Quackshot starring Donald Duck, & many more!!

The good ol' original Game Boy. Reason: Pokemon. Although I had the Advance first, I for some reason prefer Red/Blue/Yellow and Gold/Silver (not Crystal because that was Game Boy Color only, although I could play that on my Advance)
Things are not different; things are things.
