Every single time a new Pokemon series comes out ash never changes,His emotions never change,His goal never changes,Its feels....disgusting in a sense,I mean every single new series is literally just the same thing rehashed,

Ash goes to new region
Ash gets new friends
Ash gets new starters

And...that's it,The reason the games can get away with this is because the Pokemon change,And they rework mechanics to make it more balanced...well some times it makes things more unbalanced,But at least the team wanted to change things and not just rehash something,I am REALLY getting tired of them doing this,Christ at a Q&A,The directors of the Pokemon anime admitted that they never want to change because there's no point to it if we just get more fresh meat everytime are our audience gets older and leaves,I mean..screw it give me your thoughts...or die

Oh yeah and he died for your Pokemon's sins ya da ya da ya da

Ash's dream of becoming the very best shall never be fulfilled. He will never be like no one ever was. In addition to those two, he will never be able to catch them all. Poor guy.

I feel like he probably will never change.. his dream will always be held there and he will keep striving in all the episodes to become the best Pokémon trainer out there. But who knows they could throw a shocking new twist in a new episode one day.

Who knows if this duffs will ever change, as binds said, he strives for one thing, to be the very best, so I think he will remain the same or do whatever it takes to reach that goal of his. He will do everything to fulfill that dream, who knows if he will ever change though, you can expect anything to happen, they might just switch things up a bit and add a shocking twist to it later on like binds said. It could happen! But for the most part I think he will remain the same weenie he always has been. 

If the series sticks to the same pace they're following now, then no. Sadly. We all want him to, that's for sure. But Pokemon is keeping the main protagonist of their anime the same age as their target audience - children approximately ten years of age. Not only his age, though, but his attitude. He will never mature. And I guarantee he will never be a Pokemon Master. That way, the series would never end.

Ash never changes. It is a cartoon so age does not matter. He will always do similar things because that is what pokemon is. Catching pokemon, battling and so on. The only down side is would be he will for ever be childish because the show is aimed at kids. 

I saw a Youtube video about this.. It was pretty decent and he said it's been a WHOLE year since since we met Pikachu in a movie but later, he said, "I am 10 years old and I want to become a Pokemon Master." That was pretty odd because it was AFTER when he said it's been a whole year.

The above was pretty much his age.. I'm not sure if it will change but probably not. Plus the reason Ash is always 10 is because of the maturity level of the age and it's supposed to be the same age as the viewers.

Someone suggests he could be in a coma after the 2nd episode after the lightning and the Spearow.  But probably not.. Nobody knows for sure if anything is gonna change or not. But feel free to go on to Youtube and look it up or something.

Well I don't think Ash will change.  His goals seem like something that will be ... well something you will always want to acheive . Because everyone or every Pokemon trainer wants to be the very best. So unless they change his role ... like mae him a co-ordinator or a Team Rocket member or something he looks like he isn't going to change any time soon.

No no no. He will never change. He will always go to a new region only taking Pikachu, he will get new friends, and he will always win everything except for the battles that he should win.

relinquish022 :  Lets face it Ash will never die he is immortal he has gotten eternal life and happiness from Ho-Oh but I just don't get it how the heck does he always smile even if he is being treated like crap every time heck if I were Ash I would be pissed but no he just holds his damm anger... But of course becomming a Pokemon Master sounds impossible I mean back then there were 151 Pokemon but now theres like a ton of Pokemon ranging to 649 I think... So anyways he is never going to die or age he will always be on doing what he does trying to become a Pokemon Master but sad part is if I were Ash I would just stick to what I always do in Pokemon... Become the Champion and live life thats it and its that easy... But Ash wants to the impossible but if he wants to accomplish his goal DONT YOU DARE GO BULLY HIM OR ANYTHING JUST LEAVE HIM ALONE FOR GAWD'S SAKE! END OF STORY GOODBYE! GOODNIGHT! *Clears throat* Sorry for my outburst there... So anyways if he wants to accomplish his goal kudos to him I salute him
