I feel like even though margarine is better than regular they are both bad for you. I feel like almost everybody though eats butter .. because it's incorperated into a lot of products and especially people who cook alot. I love butter so it is Sweet butter for me but then again it's bad butter for all the things it has in it.

No, I don't eat butter. I eat non-hydrogenated margarine. Non-hydrogenated margarine is simply an emulsification of water and vegetable oils.

It is my understanding that vegetable oil can not clog your arteries and lead to weight gain the same way that animal fat will. More studies than any "diet" magazine can cite, point towards solid animal fat like butter and cheese increasing risk for heart disease and obesity.

When I make a baking recipe that absolutely requires a solid fat (such as butter), I prefer to use "de-flavored" coconut oil.

I don't mind it, but I like it in moderation, I am not going to have a waffle or pancakes with 30 sticks of butter on it. I don't see how people can like and have so much of it on everything. Just a little bit is good for me, but everyone is different. It isn't good for you, and the foods I eat or that are cooked don't really need it. Paula dean is a great example of this. I swear, she will put like 95 sticks of butter on just about everything she cooks! That is just too much...

I'm not saying I don't like it, but I don't have very much of it. Maybe I might use it for something every few weeks. It isn't like coffee for me where I have it every day. 

So no, I am not that crazy about having butter, I don't really like/use it that much. But that is just my opinion.

I generally avoid butter altogether, I can't think of anything that I eat that involves butter. However, if I get microwave popcorn, it HAS to be extreme butter, but that' not actual butter I guess.
