NintendoFanKimmy : You have to get at least 5 Trust Points (when you become a trusted member), but it is wise that you don't give them to anyone unless that user because even after you do get 5 TPs, you can only give out 2 points a week and if you give someone trust points and that person looses TP, you're loose TP, so it's a risky move.

Yes, in order to give the TP, you need to be trusted, unfortunately. Once you get 5 TP yourself, you'll get the rank. Then you'll be able to give TP to your friends. Or you can take them away from people as well.

Only give them to those who are worthy, polite and kind to other members of the board. But in order to do so, you have to obtain trusted status to give TP to other members.
