How many different kinds of collections do you own?

I personally have a music collection, a Mountain Dew collection, a video game collection, a manga colleciton, and a trading card collection, making 5 collections in total.

What about you?

I really only have a video game collection. For a very short time I collected comic books, I only had about 100 or so and got board with it and sold all of them. I have been collection video games for years now and probably will be the only thing I will collect.

I have only three main collections A trading card collection a giant book collection and for some odd reason I always collect cassette tapes just in case I want to watch some old movie or something.

Hmm good question. Let's see, I collected pokemon and yugi-oh cards, I collect cool rocks and seashells, manga and video games as well. So that's six counting the different types of each thing I collect.

Not too bad I guess. I know I have a collection of at least a few more things, but I don't know them off the top of my head.

But those are just a few I can name and I have a lot of each of those collections. Especially the cards, seashells and manga

As of right now, I would say that I only have two true collections: my video game collection and my fifty state coin collection. The closest thing to the two of those might be my music CD's, but I don't have that many. I used to have Pokémon card and Yu-Gi-Oh! Card collections, but my cat peed on the collections because my little brothers left them out in the open (). I want to collect Manga, Anime, and some sort of card game, but I don't really have the money for that, especially since I love owning video games more than all of the aforementioned forms of media. Referencing the manga, I only have six volumes of Attack on Titan. For the Anime I only have the Elfen Lied Diclonius Report. As for cards, I have random Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards, most of them older generation cards, as well as varied Pokémon cards, and then I have a full Fate/Zero trial deck of Weib Schwarz. Again, I only have two collections, but I wish I could have more. Yay, greed. 

I have one collection which is a comic book collection. It isn't very big so far but once I start getting the ability to purchase comic books from Scholastic Book Orders that will likely change.

I have a video game collection, watch collection, rock collection, playing card collection, penny collection, comic book collection and wrist band collection. That's 7 in total. I'm not a dedicated collector so I only add to my collection once in a while. I'm sure a few have slipped my mind but these are the main ones.

One main one.  To do with my interest in kite flying.  I drop parachuting teddy bears, as a display.  I've collected just over 40 plush toys.  Mainly bears, but with the odd Tiger and Dragon.

I have a lot of collections for all sorts of things. I've got:

-a comic (mostly Marvel) collection.
-WWE collection (consisting of a lot of figures, trading cards, DVD's, etc.)
-Buffy The Vampire Slayer collection (figures, comics, statues, books, etc.)
-Star Wars figures.
-A rock collection.
-Taylor Swift collection (dolls, statues, books, every variation of her CD's, magazines, etc.)
-An Avatar movie collection. (figures, books, 7 foot tall store display, etc.)
-Mass Effect figure's, books, comics, games (obviously), shirts. 
-I collect Monster High dolls, but I only have around 20 of them since they're pretty expensive. 
-And I also have an autograph collection. I only have around 20 or so from different wrestler's, actors, and singers. 

I would have to say just 2. I thought I had more, but I thought about it, I only have to. 

I guess the fist one would be my video game collection. Everything that I aware of that I have ( that is, my physical games, and games actually downloaded to my hard drive on my XBOX 360 ) is listed here on Vizzed. 

I also have a football card collection, mostly Ravens, a good bit of old Steelers cards, and then a few card boxes of the other teams. Last time I got a general appraisal, it took a few days to estimate how much everything would be worth... ( compared to my dad, though, I don't have a lot ). It was estimated at around $3500.00, and that was a few years ago, so by now is should be somewhere in the $6000.00 - $8000.00 range, since Ray Lewis and Ed Reed and some other players have shot way up in the past year or two. 
Only thing is, I can't find anybody to buy them for around $2500. The money would be incredible useful. 

Fishergirl7 : I was just about to submit my post, but I noticed your "WWE Collection", so I guess that means i have 3 collections, not 2. I had forgotten that I collected WWE DVD Compilations. If you are interested in what I have and purchasing them since I could really use the money, let me know. I'd give you a fair price, and then a little bit off since you have been such a good friend to me over the years.

I have over 700 games on my MAME emulator plus emeluators and roms for Atari 2600, Colecovision, SNES, NES, TG16, Genesis and GB advanced.

I have a bunch more things as well. My friends say our house looks like a museum
My wife has a TON of Barbie dolls including some rare Disney villains.

I got a PC game collection, 149 games and going strong. I also collect steam emoticons, backgrounds and cards.
I use to collect maps and globes but by classical glove broke awhile ago and I kind of stopped doing that, I might start collecting them when I get my new job.

Right now I have a PS Vita collection, a movie stub collection, a baseball card collection, and I have a small soundtrack CD collection.

I am also a multi-collector. I have video game collections for these consoles : Colecovision, Intellivision, Atari 2600, Sega Genesis ( including 32X and CD ), Nintendo, Super Nintendo, Playstation 1, Playstation 2, Playstation 3, and also the PSP. I also have a small collection of PC games ( about 10 or so ). 
I also collect more than a few comics and the majority of my collection are these : Godzilla, Spiderman, Ghost Rider, Punisher, The Hulk, Thor, Uncanny X-men, Astonishing X-men, Marvel Super Heroes : Secret Wars, The Infinity Gauntlet, Justice League, and Fantastic Four. I also have a lot of Archie and Blondie. 
I also collect books as well and mainly by these authors : Tara K. Harper, Mercedes Lackey, Anne McCaffrey, Piers Anthony, Tonya Huff, and three more but you get the idea. 
I also have assorted collections of animes and movies. Here's some examples of some of what I own and for most of these I have the entire series : Fullmetal Alchemist, Bleach, Eureka Seven, Godzilla, Spiderman, X-men ( the movies ), Matrix Trilogy, Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica, and Inuyasha. 
I also collect off and on action figures and other memorabilia of : Ghost Rider, Godzilla, and Spiderman.
