If I had to choose only one food I would obviously have to pick a dessert, that will be Flan. Very delicious, don't really care for if it is healthy or not, just care for the taste.

I would probably like to eat spaghetti with meat sauce and some good-sized meatballs. 

Not only am I getting a good amount of carbohydrates, which would provide me with the energy I need for every day actions, but the meat will also give me a little protein as well. 

Regarding survival, eating spaghetti the rest of my life would help me live a bit longer, since I am not in-taking a lot of unnecessary calories and fat.

I would have to go for shreddies. They have a taste that I just somehow find addictive. I have 2 bowls almost everyday and I have had certain days when I have had more! Shreddies are a cereal so they have a lot of carbohydrates so I can have slow releasing fuel through the morning or in my case the whole day.

I would say a burger also. Homemade ones, of course, so I know I'm getting actual meat and vegetables on them...Because honestly, they are a balanced meal when they have the right things on it. They were made to feed workers on a quick break after all. So as long as I eat sparingly I'll be fine.
