I am. I have the entire Legend of Zelda franchise, the entire Call of Duty franchise, every Fallout game, every Metal Gear Solid, Grand Theft Auto, God of War, Crash PS1, Jak and Daxter, Uncharted, and Katamari and I'm working on getting every Final Fantasy game.

I think the only whole video game franchise I own would be Bioshock, but I might have more in the future. I'm close to having full collections for God of War, Jak and Daxter, Uncharted, LittleBigPlanet. Mainly, I'm just missing one game from each series, otherwise they would be complete.

The only two complete franchises I have are the Uncharted franchises all for PS3 (Obviously ) and all the Tomb Raider games for the PC. Even the newest one. That's not including some of the spin offs though.

Granted I would have to invest a lot of money just to complete a collection, but I would be willing to do it if I could complete at least 1 video game franchise, if I had to choose I would either complete the entire legend of Zelda franchise or the entire pokemon franchise. Either of the two. But I know it would cost a lot, I have a lot of games, but I do not have a complete collection of just 1 franchise. Who knows, it might just be something I will work on. I will give it a shot and see if I can complete at least one.

No I do not own a whole video game franchise.. although I have been trying to collect many of the Sims 2 and Sims 3 games and I can't wait until the Sims 4 comes out.. I haven't got them all. I also have been trying to collect Super Mario and all of the Donkey Kongs games.
