 For me personally I would have to vote for the PC gaming. I am a huge fan of the arcade and consoles but I like the variety of games on the net such as flash games,mmo games and web sites such as this one.

Out of those three choices, I'd have to go with console gaming as my favourite. That's what I grew up playing and it's still the one I play the most. I've downloaded 2 PC games and they're both fun to play, but I don't have a PC controller to play them with which can make them a bit awkward to play at times. Sadly, I've never had a chance to play any games on an actual arcade machine. When I do see arcade machines (which are few and far between nowadays), they always seem to be newer games instead of the older ones from the 80s and 90s. I just thought I'd give you my opinion on all 3 choices instead of just the one that I picked.

That might be due to the fact that I'm always on it, or it might be due to the fact that more PC games interest me. It seems that all console games are now about magic or FPS's with little options.  I like games where I can explore and build and feel involved in something.  Walking a one-way path to destruction just doesn't suit me.

As far as all time gaming experiences go it is hard to say.  Back in like 94' playing Mortal Kombat I & II in the arcades was freaking awesome.  Now we are in the days of the internet which is freaking cool too, really maybe it wasn't until 95' or 96' when I played my first death match with my buddy on Doom then by 99' we were playing quake III arena.  Now though my 360 would crush this laptop in terms of gaming power.  Also I use my emulators and the RGR.  Well anyways I voted console b4 this post, but now that I think of it I'd say gameplay time is about 50/50 console and PC.

It's really depends on what game you're playing, with me, I have been playing more games on the Console more than I play on the PC, Over all the games I've played in history, I got to go with Consoles. And finally, with Arcade games, let's just say it's not very easy to find any places that have Arcade games near to where I live.

Consoles feel a lot more natural to me. They're more stable, they don't require a lot of setup or cost, and you can actually play local multiplayer on them. Can't say that for a PC game. And as neat as arcade machines can be, they're usually designed to suck up your quarters rather than create a fun and balanced gameplay experience.
