I just take a step back, and focus on something that I enjoy. For example: I'll sometimes go watch a show, or chat with friends. It helps me cool off, and then I get back to doing whatever I need to do.

SunflowerGaming : I have suffered from anxiety in the past. It definitely was not an enjoyable experience. What is triggering this person’s anxiety? From my own experience, usually what I try to do is try to get control of my breathing. I am not a doctor though so it may depend on what’s triggering the attacks. I’m sorry that I could not be of more help. I do know what it feels like to deal of anxiety and its not easy.

An argument can definitely cause stress. I also know it feels like to have arguments that stress me out and can ruin my mood. I don’t believe that you will ever find a person who can honestly say that they have never had an argument. Arguing is part of human nature because no matter what, there will always be something that will rub us the wrong way.
