This month's Speed Run competition is for 'T&C Thrilla's Surfari' for the Nintendo. You can play it here:

The point of this competition is to beat the game as fast as you can.


VIDEO REQUIRED: You must post a video of yourself accomplishing the score you submit. You must use the RGR Plugin's built in video recording capabilities.


RULES: You MUST play the game using the RGR Plugin in 'Timetrial Mode' and take a screenshot of the ending screen by pressing F6 when you've completed the game. To play in 'Timetrial Mode', scroll down the page where it shows the Speed Runs, you'll see a link that says 'Click Here to Compete for Speed Run', click that. Once you've taken your screenshot, click the link near that one that says 'Click Here to Submit your Speed Run' to submit your speed run. The video must be uploaded to the vizzed youtube account.


Prizes:
1st = 10,000 Viz
2nd = 2,500 Viz
3rd = 1,000 Viz

Davideo7 : Can I do a speed run just for the fun of it and not record it without having it count for this competition? I mean I can do some insanely fast times on some games, someone on super mario land (not me) decided to continue running into the first enemy or so to get a time of 51 seconds. (which is the time it takes to beat level 1 legit)

For some reason the youtube video uploader doesn't seem to work for Thunder & Lightning and T&C. When you get to the step that you normally can select which file to upload nothing is there. It doesn't seem to be a problem with any other game I've seen so far including Ducktales.

Just wanted to reconfirm that the video alone is alright as a submission. If not, I can go ahead and replace the speedrun time currently posted on the game's page with the slower time.
