The latest version of Firefox causes the RGR Plugin to not work. There's 2 solutions to this problem:
1. Use a different internet browser such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc
or
2. Downgrade Firefox to version 21

Here's how to downgrade firefox and to make prevent it from updating again:
1. Download and install firefox version 21 here:
https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/21.0/win32/en-US/Firefox%20Setup%2021.0.exe
(if you need version 21 in a different language, go here)

2. Open up firefox and go to your options window (click the 'Firefox' button at the top right to find the options window), than go to the Advanced tab and than click the Update tab. From here, choose to either check for updates but not install, or never check for updates. This will make it so that firefox wont update itself which would cause the plugin to stop working again.

That's it, simple as that. Once a new version of firefox comes out that doesn't cause RGR Plugin issues, or once we find a better solution and maybe a fix to the problem, I'll make a separate announcement. Thanks to Shadow53 for finding this solution.

Cool that it has been proved true now. But is there anything negative about downgrading Firefox, like more risk for viruses or something like that?

I never knew you could downgrade Firefox! I'm still permanently sticking with Chrome though, even though the RGR plugin sometimes crashes with it. Firefox was giving me problems besides the RGR plugin not working. Every time I opened up Firefox, it would freeze at the home page (and it wasn't vizzed, it was the original Mozilla Firefox start page) so I had to log off and try again and it was perfectly fine after that for some reason. Chrome doesn't do that and Chrome is faster than Firefox for me so I'm sticking with Chrome.

Ryroe : Yes, there's technically a little more risk to using an outdated version of Firefox. But I figure that being one version behind will not introduce too many risks, especially for a careful user. If people are worried about getting malware they can always use Chrome. I like FF though, so version 21 it is.

And thanks, everybody. I had to do a little bit of googling, but I guess Mozilla keeps an archived version of every Firefox release. Good thing to remember in the long run. I'm glad to help!

PS Davideo7 - I know some people also have been looking for a way to play Vizzed on Linux, and I made a guide a while back on how to do this. I've updated it for the Firefox fix, so it still works. If you could possibly put it in an announcement at some point, that's be great, and I'm sure those who use Linux would appreciate it too. The link is https://www.vizzed.com/boards/thread.php?id=51505 in case you are interested.

And thanks Shadow53 for helping us! Now that a huge sign of an awesome member coming up! Congrats everyone!

As much as I would love to use Firefox again, I think I'll wait until the issue is completely resolved and continue using Chrome without complaining. I don't feel right downgrading and using a browser, especially on a laptop that is not mine.

I was thinking that updating the plug-in could help in a way, but I am not entirely sure on that idea.

That's a good thing that Shadow53 has found a way to play games on Firefox now, but for me, I'm going to stay using Chrome because I love Chrome.
