Well, I guess this is pretty much another simple thread that I wanted to make. Did you guys receive a lot of notifications saying that your thread that you made got new replies? And that thread that got new replies was an old thread? 

Well, for me, I answer this question with a big yes. All of my dead threads are becoming alive again! I guess everyone on tour de vizzed is beginning to run out of threads to post in. But my old threads aren't that old though. My old threads are about 1-2 months old and some of them is not really so old.

Okay, how about you guys?

For me, no. I used to bump threads, but not now. That is just bad. Most of my threads are nice and hot, and gets a bunch of replies.. It's a little weird.. They can get banned from doing that, actually..

They should really check the date on them so they don't reply to something that is months old. I see this happen a lot, all the time actually. A lot of people also make threads that are exactly the same as older ones ad they end up getting closed. So yeah I have seen it.

Yes, I have noticed that. Only one of my old threads got bumped and it wasn't even that old. It was from late may. But there have been some major bumps too, like I saw one thread from 2011 that got bumped and quite a few 2012 threads got bumped.

It happens on almost every Tour De Vizzed.
What is the point of bumping into old threads when you can make your own thread.
It is that simple and I thin Tour De Vizzed should be writing your own threads to be honest.
It gives you more of a challenging.
Because you can do 5+ word posts in each thread and that is really easy.
So if I made Tour De Vizzed I would just make it your own threads that are to be posted by users.
Doing it on other peoples threads is very simple and just too easy. 
Anyway, bye people.

Well it doesn't surprise me people are thread bumping to win jerseys because it's a posting competition but I think the thread bumping rule is a little more relaxed around this time because there are only a number of recent made threads that are in depth enough to give decent replies to and besides you can't keep double  posting back and forth in the same threads so in a way thread bumping is good for the competition because it allows more threads that you're able to reply to.

Like GamingMonkey said, it happens every TdV. People bump old threads because those that are competing quickly run out of threads to post in without spamming the crazy house. I don't remember it ever happening to one of my threads, but it is annoying to see it happen, because it is pretty much just for the +1 post count (which is kind of funny, because this thread is kind of like that).
