We all have different reactions to upsetting events. Some people walk straight to the refrigerator. When I am really very upset, I can't eat anything. What about everyone else? Are you an over-eater, or an under-eater, when you're really upset about something?

Well, I'm not the kind of person that eats when upset.

But, If I have to (lunch or dinner) I don't tend to eat until I'm full. All the rage I feel doesn't let me eat properly, we could say.

I usually am an under-eater when I'm upset about something only because I never eat very much whether I'm upset or not. I usually get hungry rather quickly because of that and the fact that I eat quickly.

I am definitely not a pig when it comes to food, I don't over stuff myself, that just looks bad, I don't know if you mean out in public wise, but I am a growing boy and I need more food. I have a healthy appetite but I am not a hog or overeating, so I think I can safely say that I am not picky or slovenly when it comes to eating food either at the table or out in public, it is not a good habit. I eat healthy servings of food and I need it because I am growing.

When I get upset I don't usually eat more then normal. I just try to go for a drive and kill cop cars in my Toyota supra. If I can't do that then I try to get out of the house and walk around or watch tv... It just depends on how upset I actually am at the time.
