I'm going to high school next year so i want some opinions ad how good it is and if it's better then middle school. I sure hope so cuz middle school SUCKED!

It really depends. It can be a great experience, or a horrible experience.

Well, high school has a lot more students then middle school obviously and bullying is going to be a lot worse there with more students there to pick on you. However, the good thing about high school is that you have more variety of class choices and everything. I haven't actually been in high school yet because I'm still in 7th grade, but that's what my teachers have been telling me.

I can tell you, if you think Middle school was bad, then let me tell you, get ready for your Freshmen year, it'll make your Middle School years the greatest time to be back, but when you become a sophomore and later on, it'll be better, then when you become a senior, it'll be all good.

So pretty much, high school starts out horrible, and gets better by time.

I am actually heading into high school too! So I'm not sure if I should be looking forward to it as well!

Yeah, I am in 9th grade and I dread it, I mean it kind of depends on the school you go too because my middle school years were lame and my elementary school years were the best years. It is just because my high school is more ethnic it seems because all they do is act ghetto and annoying and I hate it. I dread high school like igorbird said especially since I am a freshman but when I become a sophomore i think it will be a little better because I am not at the bottom but I am still not looking forward to it though, so I can't really say I love high school and I wish you the best of luck when your time comes, be strong jaws be strong and remember to never let anyone bully you and you will be okay in high school.

Well school doesn't get easier as you could probably tell by now if you been in school for more then eight years it gets harder and harder and even better yet you get more homework.

It really depends on what school you go to because sometimes some classes can be really demanding and other times the teachers or students can give you problems. Either way, I hope that you don't have to deal with all that. I didn't, my high school experience was really fun and I have good memories from it. Freshman year is always hard because you are trying to figure out where everything is and how the school works. Also, for me, I didn't know anyone from my middle school and it sucks when you don't have a group of friends but in your classes, you will meet people and start making connections there. That's what happened to me and throughout all my high school years, I had a lot of fun with this group of friends whom even after graduating, we still hang out together. Just talk to people and find out who has the same interests with music and other things. There are clubs you can join as well and other events that will keep you involved and entertained. Just remember to be yourself and don't let other people ruin the fun for you. Oh, also just pay attention in class so you can actually pass them!

Many factors determine your High School experience, but I consider the quality and number of friends you have to be the biggest. Its hard surviving the chaos and challenges of High School alone. I changed schools after my Freshman year and had to meet and make new friends. I did so by joining the co-ed swim team(girls in swim suits = epic win). The swim team would get together to study and to just have fun from time to time. Made getting through Sophomore and especially Junior year that much easier. However, do NOT neglect your studies! Many students make the mistake of spreading themselves too thin by taking lots of heavy duty courses, extra-curricular activities such as sports and clubs and not having enough time to do them all. If you have to, cut the extra-curricular stuff and focus squarely on academics. Ask your teachers if they are available after school for tutoring(my mom who is a Chemistry Teacher does this twice a week for students who ask but upon appointment only) and give yourself enough time each and every night to study. If you have to, get your parents involved as well since your education is their responsibility, not the Teachers(a common misconception in our society today sadly).

Well I'm currently in high school and will be a Joiner this coming year and so far high school is fine . Its better than middle, you get a little less homework(if you take standard courses and there is alot less drama and more freedom. The cafeteria food is better as well and the teachers don't hassle you about ever little thing.

Hahahah, Yes. After Middle School, it is a lot better.

Oh, Yes, Indeed. I look forward to high school and I hope I enjoy it! But I hate all the tests and the quiz the teachers give you. It is too much!
But first, I have to pass middle school of course! LOL. But, That will be in like 8 years and that is when I will probably graduate High School and go on to College.

Well I went through 3 years of high school alright and this year will be my final year and well high isn't really something to look forward to its rather dull and is just like moving up from the elementary school level to the Middle school level. High school isn't really challenging depending on what classes you take and how often you do your homework. The cafeteria food is way better and there is less drama in High school.

I suppose that would be Secondary School here. Yeah, there's much more exciting things to learn, and over here you can make options for subjects, but I don't know what the AES is like, so...yeah.

It really depends. If you join a sport, it could really benefit the rest of your future.

Well it has ups and downs. One good thing is more lunch money . One bad thing is GRADED HOMEWORK !!!! Beware the brochures. They are evil. Have a nice day.

It all depends on what you do and how ya view high school...i was lazy in high school (except senior year), and thus i struggled a lot and didnt have all that much fun.  This also made me kinda hate school cuz i felt like a failure, but i just didnt care.  My senior year i wised up and joined some clubs (its a must to have a great time in high school) and got all As and Bs.  It all depends on what you do about high school, dont be an idiot.  Hope this helped.
