For me, I think I went 2 weeks before I took one, but when I used to go to school, I normally take one every morning.

I really don't go a very log without showering, it is gross, mostly because I have gym every other day and we always get sweaty and the first thing I do when I get home is take a shower. Plus lets not forget it is like 100 degrees out now and is practically like summer already so I always shower. I shower everyday just because. I have always been like this and I never take baths because they are counterproductive, you are just bathing in your own filth which is just pointless to me. So I guess the longest period for me would be 2 days, not that long. It is just a part of my daily routine, so I do it all the time.

When I was homeless I went almost a month without an official shower. I would clean up in sinks in random bathrooms so I was'nt completely nasty. I would just take a bum bath in the sink. Now I take showers everyday but saturday and sunday because I work in a warehouse during the week and I load and unload about 16 semi trailers a day.

Why?
Simple reason i was homeless and living on the streets... Just doing what i could to survive at the time... it sounds disgusting but trust me... warmth and food are the only two things that really matter when you're homeless.. well when it's for that period of time anyways...
