there has been alot of bad games such as super boy for the MSX and megaman for the DOS what is the worst you have ever played

Sonic adventures seven, a pirated hack of sonic for the game boy color. Just play it. The graphics do indeed HURT your eyes, NO exaggeration, the controls, mostly unresponsive and jerky, I literally died randomly through it, stopped moving in random places, and literally GLITCHED THROUGH A WALL AND DIED ON THE FIRST 10 SECONDS OF THE GAME. This is an abomination of a sonic game. This is the WORST GAME IV'E EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. NO EXAGGERATIONS. I rest my case.

I most likely have played worse games.
But.
The game that stands out the most right now?
"Soul Calibur 5".
The thing is an incomplete mess.

The thing is not so incomplete that it can not be played.

It is a joy to play and adjust to all of the character alterations that were made.
But...

There are little rewards for mastering any challenge in this game.
I'm not talking about trophies.
I'm talking about the lack of story content for the characters.
We only learn about two and no one likes them.

The adjustment they made for the character creator that they had from the fourth game to this is just a mere graphical upgrade.
No bonuses to unlock. No Major way of making the game different.
They eliminated the armour upgrade system that was flawed but gave the game a little edge.
Instead of buffing out the flaws in the armour upgrade portion of the fourth game they eliminated it all together. (Or did not install it.)

The only cool part of this game is the offline "Quick Battle" feature.
Some how the programmers figured out a way to make a foe function the way a person would play. Then randomized the skill to resemble a human playing. (They get a "gold star" for that one.)

But honestly?
I can not keep track of any progress I made with this game.
Without a cool ending?
For any section?
The game is a never ending set of bragging rights for "on-line all the time" people.
Why spend extra for a game you already own? (Monthly at that.)
I am so glad I Wait for the price to drop before buying any game.
Nothing seems to have an "epic amazing" edge to it anymore.
I feel sorry for the next generation of gamers.

To be honest, I don't really have a least favorite game, although I sold my copy of Star Fox Adventures because I didn't like how it ripped itself off of a canceled N64 game called Dinosaur Planet.

The worst game I have ever played is DragonBallZ:Ultimate Tenkaichi. That games is PURE garbage and the combat system is really screwed up and boring. The visuals is great, but that is not alone good enough. You can create a character and the story of that is OK...but the combat still makes everything lack. There is cool boss battles though, and the story is a little bit on par. But that game is just awful... 

bluey listen if your mad at that game please dont say that here if your hardcore for dragon ball z go play dragon ball z tenkaichi 3 but alot of peoples opinions is that its good so if i see another one of these for a good game i want this thread closed

The worst game I've payed I have to say is Action 52, my goodness, this game, I don't know what to say about it other than it's a bad game to play.

I can't pinpoint A worst game, but there are a few I thought were terrible.

- Vandal Hearts 1 and 2. The first one is too easy (20h or less), the second one is too hard (enemies and allies move and the same time; you can miss easily). And the music sucked
- A Squaresoft (?) action game whose name I can't remember for PSX. It's too dark, the music is terrible and you need to constantly change your weapons depending on the foes you face.
- A SNES action RPG whose name I forgot. Controls are imprecise, graphics are very average and the music sucked.
- Techmo's Secret of the Stars. The most advances NES RPGs (Dragon Warrior 4, among others) have better graphics and music.
- Dragon Warrior 1. The music is looping too quickly, it takes dozens of hours to get to a decent level in order to advance to the next mission and solo quests are never fun.

- FF 9. Hadn't it been for the chocobo mini-game and the zodiac crest hunt (and the music that accompanied both), I wouldn't have made the effort to complete the game. I didn't get caught in the story, it's slow-moving and the soundtrack is as epic as FF 8  or even 7.

The worst game I ever played was a Pokemon hack called Pokemon Chaos Black heck the grammer in the game is bad and the new Pokemon sprites looked really odd looking.

The worst game I have ever played would have to be Sega Super Star Tennis, it had no story what so ever nor was it really entertaining or enjoyable and the characters weren't the best choice, but aye what was I really expecting  to get out of a game that came with the release of a console.
