I would say a flying pokemon that can b on land too like dragonite

This is a good question, I would say a Pokémon that can fly and get  you around the island quickly, a strong Pokémon that could fight and ward of any predators or threats that could harm me on the island. I would also say one that could provide water and provide shelter with either leaves or wings to keep me safe. So basically any Pokémon that can provide the essentials for life when in danger, shelter, water and protection or maybe even set up a nice fire. So my candidates would be either a dragon type to fly around the island and shelter me with their large wings, so maybe something like dragonite or salamence because dragonite can learn water type moves that will provide water I need and it can set a fire to stay warm. Or maybe a nice big grass or water type for shelter and keeping me hydrated like torterra or a blastoise or swampert, although I wouldn't want them to use hydro pump when they are trying to provide water haha so these are the Pokémon that I think would be useful for being stranded on an island with nothing.

I think, in retrospect... I'd have to say a plant Pokémon. Probably something like Bulbasaur, or... something that can create food for you. Like, I would NEVER eat a Pokémon... even if I was starving, but in all seriousness, I'm sure some Pokémon can create seeds... so why not have them create food for you such as crops or something... heck, you can eat leaves to survive if you have to...

From a basic choice, I'd say "Ivysaur" or something else similar.

It's strong, it's helpful, and you can use it as a ride if you're really exhausted.

Like come on, if you and a Pokémon are that close... I'm sure they wouldn't mind helping you, that's what true friends/family are for.

But like I said, I would NEVER eat a Pokémon... I'd rather starve to death.

Tropius would be best for being alone on an island with. It literally grows fruit from itself so you could live off of it without killing it. I suppose you could also use a Miltank for this but at the same time, Tropius is a flying type so has the potential to fly you off the island as well.

I would use Gyarados. It can fly a little bit, can kill fish to eat, and is top-down amazing.

I would choose Tropius.  He has fruit on his neck that you can eat, with out actually harming the Pokemon.  He can also create great shade, as he is quite large.  I think Tropius would be the best choice for this situation.

Cherubi because it produces berries and berries mean juice which fills up thirst and when you eat berries it fills you up.

I think Frosslass, because as a ghost type it could go invisible so it would be easy for it to hunt, and as an ice type it could keep food cold and preserve it. It would also be able to defend you quite nicely. Would other Pokemon be on the island? Because that also takes a big part in my answer.
