Each day there will be 4 Jerseys you can compete for:
Yellow Jersey: Most words in a day
Blue Jersey: Most posts in a day
Red Jersey: Biggest post in a day
Green Jersey: Most 30+ word posts in an hour

If you get 1st place in a Jersey for a day, you get to "wear" that Jersey the following day. To "wear" it means that the background of your username will have a unique background graphic. Only the top 5 places of each Jersey gets points, 1st gets 5 and 5th gets 1. Whoever has the most points for any Jersey at the end of the competition gets to wear that Jersey for the entire next month. If you have more than 1 jersey, your jersey receives stripes for each jersey color you own.

Along with the Jerseys are Banners that change your username color. They basically represent who has the most points total:
Rainbow Banner: Whoever has the most points so far in the competition
White Banner: New member who has the most points so far in the competition (anyone who has signed up in the past 3 months)

You'll be DQ'd if:
-More than 25% of your daily posts are made in one of the following forums: Crazy House, Vizzed Market, Polls and Questions, Newbie Forum
-You copy content from other websites or other posts
-You use the "tabbing" technique to make a bunch of posts in a short amount of time
-The number of posts you scored toward the Green Jersey is more than half of your total posts made for the day

Davideo7 : I was wondering why this was treasured. Is there going to be a team competition for this month too? 

I might compete in this, I really want a jersey so yeah I'm competing.

Well, for being retired from posting, Leggy sure did good. Well, I'm still not going to compete, but maybe I'll go for a jersey some time. Good luck to everybody!

Man I can't believe I wasn't even in the top 5 for the Yellow. I mean I had over 3k words. Lol

Looks like it's going to be a tough competition this month. That's awesome! Although I know that some people start dropping off a little after the first week or so.

I'm hoping to be very active in this TDV. I need to at least match what I did last time around

But then again I wasn't competing in the VCS and took 3rd, and I already got this nice red jersey by posting normally lol
So I guess in my case its a whatever happens, happens thing.

I'm probably going to go for it every other day, because I can't keep up what I did yesterday for 29 more days in a row XD. I got around a 1/3 of my total posts ever on that one day.

Wait, wait, wait. So, only the top 5 posters get points towards Jerseys? That... that's not fair. I got up to 6th place last night thinking I was going to get a point...

We get some though competition right now its becoming harder and harder just to a jersey , but im going to keep trying .
