My favorite Megaman generation would be either the Megaman X or Megaman ZX or the Megaman Zero generations. I liked these generations above the others because the character design was better in these generations, the story line had alot more purpose and bosses to beat and the stories left room for sequels if Capcom decides to make Megaman games again.

I have to say that a mix of both the Classic Series and the X series are my favorites. I can't choose because both series' of games are just great. The Music, Stages, and Weapons were just great. The Zero and ZX series did not follow the formula, but was still good, but not as good as the Classic or X series

I would have to say that the Mega Man X generation is the best. I really only like it because X can wall jump, and Mega Man can't, but if Mega Man could, I would like the original Mega Man generation better.

I prefer the classic generation of Mega Man because I get to go through a linear stage and not have to back track for upgrades, making the experience not enjoyable unless you know where everything is.

There is no complaining the original. It is kind of a close tie between X and the original though because X is really good and I love the names of the robot master guys or whatever they called. All though my favorite just has to be the original because Mega Man 2 and 7 are some of my favorite games on Vizzed.

Well, I've only played a few megaman games, And I've pretty much decided that I prefer Mega Man Zero over Mega Man X. The mechanics in the X series are rather uncomfortable to me, And the graphics for the Mega Man Zero series just seems to work right.

I'm going to agree with you on that one. The Megaman X generation is the best. It generally has better characters, better story and by far a better villain.

I'd take battling Sigma over Wily any day. I guess it's just a bit more mature is all.

My second favourite generation is the Battle Network generation. It introduces a while different type of Megaman and it's amazing as well. I love the show almost as much as I love the games. However I think Star force was a failed attempt at re trying Battle Network.
