What if you could summon in profile comments? It would be useful. If you want a group of people to see a profile comment, you could simply summon them rather than personally typing it on every single person's profile. What do you think?

At first glance I thought this was a bad idea, but now that I read through it, I must say it actually has some very viable uses. I don't really see that much of a benefit to this. Heck, tons of users complain about the amount of summons they get in a day already, let alone if they started allowing profile summons.

Maybe I'm in the minority but I think the current PM system is good enough. Just my opinion anyways.

I think I agree with Jordan. If people could summon via profile comments, there'd be a lot of 'pranks' or whatever where 1 guy gets summoned a lot to a topic he's not interested in. Anyway...

I dislike this idea. Profile comments are fun to use but I think that putting more into the profile comments feature then they will get used more and more often than posting itself.

This is a forum and the primary way to communicate should be with posts. If you want to send a message to a group of people then you should probably post it. It's not any more private on the forum than in someones profile.
