It was literally a painful accident. 

So, I've been absent on Vizzed for a week or so, but for good reasons.

You see, Tuesday, earlier this week, I was in a pretty bad car accident. We were making a sharp left turn at an intersection, and this guy comes blazing out of nowhere and slams into our car. The impact flipped the car over, I was pinned between my seat and the airbag. The door, upon hitting the pavement, collapsed, and gave me two deep gashes on my right arm and right leg. Nothing was broken, but the muscles in my leg are torn.

Since then, I've been in the hospital, I got released today. My leg still hurts pretty bad, but it's not bleeding anymore. I have to use crutches for about another 2-3 weeks, or until I can walk on my right leg.

So yeah. It hurt. And it prevented me from getting on Vizzed for a while. I'm at home now, and able to get back on.

I've come to report that I'm off crutches, and can walk unsupported!


It's a great feeling, not being able to walk sucks. Be grateful for your legs, people. Sometimes I think we take our cardinal abilities for granted, and some just can't imagine life without being able to use one or more of your limbs,  because we're so used to having them.


As for me, I'll still have a permanent scar, and a bit of a limp for the next month or so while my muscle fully recovers.


And to everyone else who took the time to post, thank you so much for your support! It sure helped me through this knowing there's people who care. Thank you all!

It's very good that you were not more seriously injured. Car accidents like that usually don't end that well. It is scary knowing that there are idiots out there that can put your life at risk, no matter how good of a driver you are.
