What did you think of the story for Paper Mario and the Thousand year door? was it good, in the middle or horrible all around?

The story was excellent. In my opinion the paper mario games( including super paper mario but not paper mario sticker star) have the best stories out of the whole mario series, mainly because their plot is different from: peach got caught, everything you fight is a servant of bowser without own will that wants to kill you just because, and most importantly, the bosses and final boss have almost nothing to do with this kind of lame plot that we see in most mario games. so yeah, just in case you havent guessed by now, im a huge fan of the paper mario series.

Well, it was definitely a little more "complex" then the basic Super Mario Bros games or anything like that... not to mention the game play was more like playing Final Fantasy VII, everything was turn based... so you had to think about what moves to use or what items to prepare.

I though Thousand Year Door had a good plot. I enjoyed it and it's the one I've played the most. It also has more of a story then most mario games, which is why I don't play as many any more, the plot made the game much more enjoyable.
