Did you delete it or did you throw it away? If you deleted it, you can't get it back. If you just disposed of it, you can go back to where you got rid of it, and then you could get it back.

Yeah there is no way to get the tm back if you deleted it for good, unless of course you had a save state before you deleted it, otherwise you can't get it back. This has happened to me once before, but luckily I save my game all the time and I was able to get it back. Some Pokémon learn certain tms just through leveling up and they don't need to be taught the tm to learn it and use it. For example, the move focus punch, I think you need it to bust through those huge boulders in the second region. Pokémon like vigoroth and scraggy can learn this move at level 49 and use it. So for future reference, if it is a move that you need to use to progress in the game go to the Pokémon database (website) type in the move and see if Pokémon can learn it by leveling up instead of using the machines. You don't always need to start over, just get in the habit of saving more frequently, hope this helps.

Well unless it depends on which Tm you deleted. Because a lot of them you can just find again like if you deleted flamethrower you can get another later on in the game. But if you deleted rock climb then your stuck in the game and will have to restart cause you need it to get to the store where they sell it. So unless its rock climb no worries
