I have not had all 366 flavours of cheese yet but I am waiting for "the perfect year" to commence a project and try one a day. With each meal.

I have yet to discover the right work out for eating that much cheese. (Gotta keep up with my looks.)
I am close. But not quite there yet.

I like mozzarella cheese and it is really good with pizza. But I also like regular american cheese, the white kind, it goes good with everything and I have it on most sandwiches and I really like it with cheeseburgers. I don't mind the yellow cheese either. I like cheddar cheese crackers, like ritz, they are really good. I don't like anything too spicy, I have had cheddar jack before and it is not bad but it doesn't taste good except for a meatball sub at subway.
