In the latest issue of CoroCoro Comic a brand new Pokemon has been revealed for Pokemon X and Y. Actually, this Pokemon is an evolution of a rather famous Pokemon known for having the most evolutions in the entire game. The Pokemon, which is named Ninfia, is an evolution of Eevee.
It has yet to be revealed as to what type of evolution this one will be, but it will stand 1 meter tall and weigh 23.5 kilograms. The magazine scan, courtesy of Serebii, states that “there is a secret to it’s evolution.” Slightly less important, the name of the next Pokemon movie was also revealed to be “Extremespeed Genesect and the Reawakening of Mewtwo”

Although maybe a dragon type, even though it doesn't look like one. The reason why maybe a dragon type is because when you look at the types of the eeveelutions: fire, electric, water, psychic, dark, grass and ice, I see a connection. In the first 3 generations, it was depending on the type of the move whether
it was special or not. There where 8 special types, fire, electric, water, psychic, dark, grass, ice and dragon. At least we know that eevee will be in the regional pokedex, and Ninfia broke the chain of having the suffix -eon for every eeveelution. NOPE (English name is Sylveon). Its Evolution method is most likely to take advantage of some new feature, or type( do we really have proof of a new type?). 

If there are new types, its most likely to be a new type; Umbreon is an example of it. Personally, I think it might be a flying type(or maybe fighting), but I don't doubt it could be a Dragon type.

Ninfia's English name is Sylveon and the German name is Feelinara. I think it's probably a flying or normal type. In a recent video released it used 4 moves, two of which were swift and trump card which are normal moves. In the video those "ribbons" were flowing behind it as if pushed by wind. So I think it will be normal or flying.
I also found out it's the lightest Eeveelution. Flying types usually weigh less. The majority of its fur is white and pink, common colors for normal types. The sky blue tips of those ribbons and the sky blue eyes also suggest flying.

Y'all are forgetting one type steel but it doesn't sound like it would be I doubt it's dragon and why would they use a type that's already used flying I don't think it fits.
