I handle caffeine surprisingly well, I think drinking so much of it over the years has built me up a pretty good defense from its hyper causing effect. If anything its more useful to me as an aid to stay awake now, so I guess its good it doesn't effect me, as I have to be up late a lot for work and other things.

I rarely ever drink caffeine, I just don't like it, I think it is bed to start drinking it at a young age. A lot of my friends love drinking it everyday though! I only have it once every year or so, very rare right? I like a lot of other drinks like dr pepper, and root beer, but I just avoid coffee. So I guess I handle it well.

I handle it very well. I don't have a problem with it. When I drank 3 bottles of Coke, Nothing happened. I didn't get hyper at all and I could go to sleep easily as well.

I've drunk liters of coke one time and I've been super hyper! But a normal amount of caffeine helps me stay alert and focused. I guess I could handle it well enough. Quite weirdly though, caffeine is only effective for me when I drink sodas but not when I drink coffee. In fact, I always find myself sleepy after having a cup of coffee no matter if it's cold or hot.

All it really does to me is make it so that I wont be able to sleep for the next 5 hours. Even the smallest amount of caffeine means I'm not going to sleep for a few hours. Though, I love hot chocolate (its my coffee substitute, because I hate coffee) so sometimes I deal with it.

Before I did heavy labor jobs it was allot like that.
Now?
I have to check the clock to see if I can have a coke or pepsi. (Tears up the stomach too much if you do any gut exercises.)
Coffee is still mandatory but I can't have any five hours before bed time.
Coffee goes great with Protein shakes. (Don't let anyone know.)
