Definitely Lecrae. I like a few others as well, but something about Lecrae's lyrics sticks out. I like him because he's real. For example, so many times you hear people say things like "If you try to do something but God's not in it, you're going to fall flat on your face". Simply not true. Lecrae says as much in his song "Background", when he is bold enough to state "'Cause if I do this by myself, I'm scared that I'll succeed, and no longer trust in you, 'cause I'll only trust in me". Real talk, there. Face it, we can't always take success as a sign that we have God's help or approval, it's just easier to think that way because then we don't have to look at our real motives etc.

I really like Lecrae too, my favorite song of his would have to be Rebel... It brings out a really good message about the right kind of rebellion instead of the kind people think is the cool thing nowadays, by far my favorite song/artist.
