I have recently been going to bed really late, at like 1:00 or 2:00 in the morning, I stay up really late trying to continue making posts for the vcs and playing games and contributing. I hope that I can try to get better sleep and get all of my posts in much earlier. I used to get 8-10 hours a day but now I am only and waking up at like 12 because my body will delay the time I get up in order to get my full required 8 hours of sleep. I wake up every morning exhausted, I just find it hard to fall asleep on some nights and it will take forever before I finally get comfortable. I hate not being able to go to bed earlier, from now on I am going to try to get all my posts in much earlier in the day to get good sleep.

I work third shift so asking how much I sleep at night is moot. In a 24 hour period I try to get 5-8 hours of sleep. Unless I'm on a posting quest like right now.
