So I saw where someone posted about favorite cats and favorite dogs, and I wanted to ask, what is your favorite dinosaur?  Don't be afraid to admit it... EVERYONE likes dinosaurs! They are my favorite animals and they fascinate me!  My favorite, however, is the stegosaurus!

I have two favorites actually, And this is all because I watched Jurassic Park. Haha. I love those movies. Anyway, back to topic, my favorites are the Long Neck, I remember liking them because I watched the Land Before Time (the first one) when I was a little kid. I lost interest in the Land Before Time after the 2nd one. Anyway my 2nd favorite, and people are going to probably think I'm insane, would have to be T-Rex. He's always been my favorite. I love how dangers he looks. He reminds me of Godzilla.

Mine favorite dinosaur have to be the Stegosaurus. It just look awesome, and it can fend off dangerous predators away from it easily.

No way, really?!  I thought I was just crazy and that no one would understand why I think they're so cool!

On the other hand for some strange reason, I just can't stand the triceratops. They're so....ugly to me! LOL

I was trying to wait to post, but since no one else has, I thought of another one which isn't my favorite, but I do think is pretty nifty.  I like the dinosaurs with the frills around their necks.  It's called a Dilophosaurus.

Also, Dimetrodons are pretty nifty as well!

My favorite would have to be the velociraptor. There's just something about raptors that are cool... plus one of my best friends associates with raptors so I guess that gives them extra points in my book since I equate them to her.

mr.keys : You know, now that I think of it, I DID have a triceratops stuffed animal.  It was green and it was one of those that you squeeze and it squeaks.  (Not at all like the cheap things today... like a REAL stuffed animal, and the 'squeak' was made by air sucking into it so that it was supposed to sound like a cute roar.)

It was one of my favorite stuffed animals for YEARS.  I don't think it was until I got older that I began to think they were ugly.  (as in, I decided that within the last few years for some strange reason.)

Oldschool41 :
Do you mean the plates on their backs?  It's totally awesome that you and me have the same favorite dinosaur!  I'm not even sure -when- I decided it was my favorite or why.  The spikes on their tails are pretty wicked as well.  Have you ever see related dinosaurs, such as Omosaurus or Scleidosaurus?  If so, is there any one you like as much as the stegosaurus?  Do you like either of the two I showed you?

Kind of off topic, but when I was looking for some images for you, look at what I stumbled upon!  Oh my goodness they're so cute!!!!!
I want these!
And this!!!
These too!!
Now I suddenly have the urge to start a collection of stegosaurus stuffed animals!! They're SOOOO cute!!!!

I like the big Fish Stories.
... "Megaladon"
No one is sure what it looked like but they some how know how big it was.
I always like the Event of animals that leave only a tooth and suddenly every P.H.D. has the Biggest Fish Story Ever. A hundred Years Pass and everyone agrees that every generation before them was dead wrong. Yet no one is 100 percent certain their own ideas are correct. How wild is that??

Good Luck To All.
I'm Done. Stick a fork in me.
Peace.

I love dinosaurs! My favorite dinosaurs are the T-Rex, Velociraptor, Spinosaurus and almost any other dinosaur imaginable, but I can't really name a bunch either. The ones that I can name are awesome because they're big and powerful predators that were on top of the food chain in prehistoric times.

Singelli : My favorite dinosaur? Totally the T-rex. I'm just the predator type, I guess. With a close second though is the pterodactyl. I know this'll sound real silly, but my childhood dream was to ride one. Lol, I don't think that's gonna happen anytime soon.

mrfe : awwww hehehe.  I read lots of books with dinosaurs in them, and in one of them, actually, some children had a 'key' to the prehistoric world.  They would go up into their treehouse and use this key, and they found a pteradactyl egg.  They took care of it, rose it, and .... I always wondered why they didn't ride it in flight.  LOL

I really loved a few movies with scenes like that.  Maybe Dinotopia was one?  It's been so long since I've seen that movie that I don't remember.
