Right now I am living the date that is America's tomorrow, and when I go back to the U.S., it will be the day I left, though an entire day will have passed in Japan. Thus, I will be essentially going "back" in time and right now am "forward" in time. This might just be my strange interpretation of time-zone differences and this is entirely based on how you would word the differences, but I think it's interesting nevertheless.

I believe that time viewing maybe possible. Like you said, because all time is occurring simultaneously. But I'm not smart enough to comprehend it and I'm not sure there will ever be a human smart enough to comprehend it. Traveling to other times? You would need a nuclear reaction to generate the 1.21 Gigawatts needed to accomplish this...NAH!

Astronauts age at a slower rate than people do who are on the planet(though the difference is absolutely negligible), because they have to go quite fast to orbit the earth, the passage of time slows as you reach closer to the speed of light.

Technically, since time and space are of the same continuum, when you transverse space, you are also transversing time as well... I think.
