Like the title says, does your School own or have a Weight Room, for Advanced Health or anything related to that? My school has one. Its not that big, but its pretty noticeable. Especially since there's always one person there. Creepy.

I'm 24 and done with school!

When I was in highschool we did have a weight room and I spent time in it every single school day. I would usually work out after school for an hour. I really appreciated that my school allowed me to take advantige of it's weight room even after the school day was finished so I was always sure to be super respectful of it and strip the bars down etc once I was done lifting.

I actually first started loving Metal music because I had this super cool highschool coach who introduced me to the band Slayer. If anyone knows this band they know its pretty intense music and for a highschool teacher to introduce a student to it is pretty weird at best lol! I would always go into the weight room and throw on my favorite Slayer cd and start lifting, I could count on it , minutes after throwing on the cd this teacher would run into the weight room and tackle me or shove me or something similarly hilarious. To people who didn't know it looked like he was straight up attacking me lol but I knew he was joking and it was just for fun. Teachers like this guy are the kind I really liked, the ones who make themselves your friend more than your teacher. He also taught me the value of staying fit and strong.

The other reason I loved to frequent the weight room is because girls LOVE watching a guy work out lol. I get more attention from pretty girls while working out in gyms than any other time hahaha and girls say guys are shallow, yeah right!

Yes.  Our weight room is known as the fieldhouse and we take classes there.  I personally stay there a good amount of time out of the week.  I lift weights all the time.

Yes, my school has a weight room as a fact its actually a class you can take for a half of a credit. I think about taking it next year because i'll have no other classes i'll need to take except the main classes like biology, algebra, and English.

I don't know, because I never been inside my school gym before. I don't have P.E that why. If they have a weight room, I might work out in there, because I do need the work out.

Yes I go to MHS, my school has a weight room inside of the gym, I have been in their once to lift weights, I can only squat like 180 or so though when I was last in there. I usually see kids from sports teams in their lifting weights during my gym class. I think it is mostly the wrestling team though. The weight room has various machines and it also has a separate room with heavier weights, a few chains for lifting or something like that. I have heard we are supposed to go to the weight room for gym, but I don't think we will yet because we are still in the health unit.

Yes actually. My school has a really great weight room. It over looks the gym which is pretty neat as well because you can see what is going on down there. I usually go there a lot considering I play school sports. I go there during the off seasons and train with my team mates. We just recently got a new punching bag XD

YA!! my school dose have a weight room. One of the only good things about my school. The sad news is that we hardly ever use it. My school also has kitchen but my principal canceled cooking class cuz he's retarded. 

Our gymnasium has a stage with a curtain and behind the stage is a weight room. Below the stage is a secret locker room that I don't think anyone uses.

It has been years since I have seen my high school weight room.
I miss that place. (Oddly enough.)
The place looked like a Dungeon. If a "Hell's Angel" were to be pumping iron while toking a cigarette in there? It would not bee out of place.
My phys-ed coach was a wise instructor.
I learned quite a bit about lifting safely and keeping my back strait. All of those lessons I still use to this day even.
The only thing I found "creepy" in the whole experience was that there were rarely girls in there. We had a Soccer/ Basketball chick named Erin once. Plus a cheerleader named Amanda once. But again...
The occasions were rare.
These days I use my own weights.

Nope my school couldn't probably even afford one for we are running on a low budget which is the reason we sale popcorn and candy for fundraisers for the school.

Yes my High school does have a weight room its off from the gym and is equip with barbells,bench presses, leg presses, and other equipment that I don't know much about, but you can only be in it when there is an adult(school staff member)present.

Yeah, I love and hate the weight room. Currently, I go to another gym outside of school. However, I honestly like the school weight room better even though it was small and comprised of 75% flat benches. My outside gym is a bit of pansy gym with no squat racks, no separate 45-lb barbells, no decline bench, and only one flat and incline bench. Oh god, how people never rack their weights. And last, I oddly enjoy the poverty feel of the school weight room.

Yes, our school does have 2 weight rooms, but they are for like 16-18 year olds. Not for me, a 12 year old kid.

My school doesn't have a weight room, but I think they're building one next year. It might be for the other campus, though.

Indeed, but the equipment is so old that one of the lifting machines recently broke and one of the cables reared around and hit a guy in the face. But, for some reason, the school still hasn't replaced the old machines.

Yes. Not only was it for students, but alumni that graduated 7 years after their graduated year can still come in.

Yeah, my school has a weight room. We have a class called weight training. Our school wrestling and football teams use them as well.
