Just curious to see the caffeine tendencies for members of the Vizzed board. I tend to drink 1-2 cups of coffee in the morning, and than tea throughout the day... I wouldn't say that I am addicted, because I've stopped many times successfully without an issue, but still prefer the general boost. So, Vizzed, how about you?Do you need your caffeine fix to be productive in the morning or is just more of a social drink to enjoy the taste etc. ?

And when I arrived back home at my parents, they would wonder why I was so hyper-active. Ah good times...Furthermore, I used to remember hearing bunk rumours like coffee would stunt a kids growth, and the like, nothing of which has been proven.

Stockton90 : I drink coffee occasionally but I don't rely on it to give me a boost. For some odd reason coffee actually relaxes me and makes me even sleepier than I was to begin with. I like coffee but for its taste and not for it's benefits.

I do not do well on caffeine. I'm normally a hyper person, and a cup of coffee results in extreme jitters. I then am known to start speaking nonsense that makes perfect sense to me at the time, but I later wonder what I was thinking. So, nope. Not a coffee drinker at all.

azulichigo : Many people tend to have that reaction from coffee, I suppose it all depends on your personal wiring and tolerance. For myself, coffee is actually anxiolytic, and gets rid of any anxiety that I have. There are downsides though - like now when I should be asleep, lol.

I am an old man, as I've stated a few other times on the board, so I'm tired all the time. Well, that has to do with medical stuff to, but...anyways, I drink a ton of coffee. First thing in the morning. A pot before work. Coffee throughout the day at work. A pot when I get home. I drink so much coffee that I don't think it really affects me anymore, but if I don't have my coffee then I get withdrawal symptoms similar to courgettes-jittery, snappy, moody and downright mean. I also get really bad headaches.
