I personally like Mewtwo and Rayquaza for there power, but I'm going to pick  a non legendary - Tyranitar. The dark type is a good attack type, plus Tyranitar has rock type defense (most dark types have low defense). Dragonite and Salamance are good too, but most pseudo-legendaries are dragon type. Being Dragon beats dragon, if you threw the pseudos together to fight, I think Tyranitar would win against all the dragons.

For me it's a tie between Dragon types and psychic types. Dragon types have almost the same stats as a legendary and have probably the least weaknesses. Psychic types have lots of special attack and special defense. They both have pseudo legendary Pokemon of these types but there are more Dragon types.

I would have to say psychic type because their special attack is good and special defense. Also the only type that psychic can not hurt is dark type pokemon and they are not that strong. Plus psychic learn good moves.

For me , there is no " strongest " type. If you combine certain types ( like ghost and dark ) , the Pokemon will have no weaknesses ( Spiritomb is like this ). The single type with the least weaknesses is Normal, it's only weakness being fighting-type moves. So ,  there's no single type of strong pokemon. they all have their own weaknesses and strengths .

I think that dragon is the strongest because most dragon Pokémon have a move pool that allows them to cover their ice weakness not to mention they have high stats. They're OU for a reason.
