I don't have to take a daily dose of anything, but I haven't attempted to take medicine if possible for two years, with the exception of my vitamins, which I need because my lack of nutrients.

I used to. I used to take some depression pills, some sleeping pill, and some ADHS pills ( before they re-assessed me, and found out that I did not have ADHD). I have sleeping pills for when I need them, which I have not for the past few months.

I actually do take medication, but it's not for severe reasons, or wait it might be. You tell me. I take 500mg Fluxocillin for bacterial reasons. I got bit by a dog recently and it took a massive chunk out of my arm so my doctor put anti-septic on it and cleaned it all up. I didn't need a tetanus shot because I had one prior to that incident. I take them daily, 4 of them. There's 24 to take, so about a week.

No, I don't take any kind of medication. I did take a daily multivitamin for the longest time though, but I haven't had one for at least a couple of years now. My mom, however, thinks I should be taking one because she says I "need the iron since us women are more prone to anemia". I keep telling her that I don't need to take one, but she keeps saying that I should for the reason that I mentioned above. I'm healthy enough without taking a multivitamin so I don't see any reason why I should have to take one.

Most of these drugs they prescribe now are experimental due to constant changing policies and I feel like when a therapist prescribes things to their patients it's a shortcut out of actually doing their job and fixing the problems that the patient might be dealing with, and in fact in some cases buries the problems to come out later in life. I personally try not to touch any medications or drugs and I don't drink at all. Best thing for a person (IMO) is just having someone to talk to and the desire to take the steps necessary to change their life for the better. You ultimately control your destiny, especially if you can learn how to control you.

Currently, I am doing good to only have the desire to take 2 ibuprofen 1-2 times a week, for early onset osteoarthritis. Medical professionals have urged me to take an anti-depressant and a mood stabilizer. However, I would rather experience my ups and downs rather than feel dead inside like a glassy eyed puppet.
