A few days ago I realized that guests could play unlimited games. For the longest time, guests could only play 5 games and than they had to register to play more. So I made it so they could only play 5 games again and the amount of users registering has nearly doubled from this. Yesterday we had 500 users register which is a massive record (proof here).

I'm not sure when this glitch started to happen that started to allow users to play unlimited games but I'm glad I figured it out. Not only will we see more users signing up but we'll also probably see more users posting. This should also increase the value of Viz since guests could play endless games and users who ran out of Viz could've just logged out to continue playing endless games.

Wonderful news! I remember when I first joined we were allowed 3 free games than registration to continue playing.

Anyway, this will for sure make more registrations and post activity because they'll need Vizz to play games and posting is the easiest way to gain Vizz. 500 users registered within a day...that number will double daily!

I'm kind of have the same story as Leggy. I joined for the games and registered to play unlimited. It was actually the retro Game Room Competitions that got me into the board in the first place (which is where I found out about Battle Arena, so I posted to build my level). But if it weren't for that limit, I know I would not have any staff positions here. Maybe it was a GoDaddy tweak.

I'm adding a feature where users will be able to compete to see who can beat a game the fastest. So basically instead of taking a screenshot of your score, you'll be able to take a screenshot of the end screen of a game and be listed as beating the game. Than you'll be ranked based on how quickly you beat it and your profile will show all the games you've beat on vizzed. This will be great way to open up competition for games that don't have scores but would still be great for competition, such as Battle Kid and many other games. The 3rd competition each month will be dedicated to this.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.

We prioritize the community over the site profits.  This is why we avoid using annoying (but high paying) ads like most other sites which include popups, obnoxious sounds and animations, malware, and other forms of intrusiveness.  We'll do our part to never resort to these types of ads, please do your part by helping support this site by adding Vizzed.com to your ad blocking whitelist.
