So for the majority of 2011 we have been fighting to keep our house from getting taken away from us.  At first it seemed like we were doomed but at yesterdays court hearing we were allowed to keep out house for a very small payment of $274 a month!!!!  That's for five years~   We were paying over $1,000 before and loosing the battle!  I'm so glad we don't have to worry about moving out and finding a new place to live!

It does feel wonderful not having to worry about it anymore.  Believe me when I say tension in this house was too hot to handle for a while.  Now if only my dad could handle a job for longer than a few months things will get better for us!

That is really great to hear. After reading some of your blog on Vizzed Board a few months ago, I know you really needed something good to happen. rcarter2 : Well it's not my place it's my parents.  They fell behind on paying the mortgage so they were issued a foreclosure and they have been fighting it for a while now.  But with the help of a lawyer they won the fight and got to keep the house with a lesser payment.  That is the best I can clarify the situation.  Sorry if I was vague before I was just so happy.
