We all have our usernames on here, but do you use other usernames on other sites?  Have your usernames changed over time as you spend time on the internet?

Well for me it has about 3 times over my long time on the internet.

I first started in tokyopop and Anime-Chat as Bulma (yes I sorta was a dragon ball fan).  Then from a role playing game in Anime-Chat I got the name LadyCrystal that stuck with me and I still use it with my old friends.   It has the cutest little nick name too LC!!!  One time on voice chat a friend screetched it out loud and it sounded so cute.  I do miss using that name, but most sites it's been taken like this one!

So now that it's been taken after my laps of being online for several years I had to make a new one.  With my book I am writing I took my main character's name RequiemHaunt and made it my own.  Mostly now you will only see me use this name unless I can still sneek in LadyCrystal.

So tell me what are your other usernames?

Well, I'm not a person to use social networking sites. In fact, Vizzed is my first and only board/online community I've been avid to.

My current name YourMajestyKen, I came up with in the spur of the moment while registering. Had I known I'd be an active member I would have chosen a better name.

The only other program I have a username on is AIM, which I rarely use, and it's the same as this one except with numbers replacing some letters (y0urmaj3styk3n) because strangely, YourMajestyKen was already taken.

I first started on the internet as Swiftman.
I had my own story for a Megaman boss named that and everything.
Ugh, youth.

Throughout a few of my first forums, for a couple years, I kept with that. Then one day, I put my IRL name into a pirate name generator, and got "Pants-Down Argus".

It was an instant classic. I started a roleplay, made a character named Argus, and from there I've kinda stuck with Argus Swift as my e-name.

Though I was silly one time when I was an admin on a place and I called myself Super Argus MacSwift. I'm not sure why.

I've also gone by Superopicon, but not very often.


Another common one is 'Swifto', a variation that a Chilean friend gave me years ago. I often (and still do, I think) use it on some of the more relaxed forums I go to.

Originally my username on here was actually bignatealpha, but I got tired of it and so I had a poll, changing it to bigNATE. Since then though, I've grown more partial to NotoriousFox, an expansion of NFox, which is my first initial and my favorite animal. Sometimes I'll also throw in my birth year and make it NFox96 or NFox1996. Another one I picked up recently (I don't use it for much yet, but I may) is Werewolf, M.D., which came from my robotics team (don't ask....just don't). And yes, that's M.D. as in medical doctor. Just...don't ask.

My other account names are Dogkiller280, weezerboy, Dartz280, AA_MiMiK, arekusu, and legacyme3.

I don't use many other names, but the ones I do use consist of MegaRev1, Mizore, Mizore Shirayuki, Konata, and that's about it, Nya~.

Let's see, there's fracon which was my username for my school email which is also the combination of the first three letters of my first and last name. I use fracon on the SBNation sites McCovey Chronicles and Posting And Toasting. I also use it for my Grooveshark account.

During my sophomore year in high school, I made a YouTube account and went by the name, Middler124. Why? I guess I was still feeling a bit like a hippie (middle = balance -> Nirvana). The numbers were not well though out.

Near the conclusion of my junior year, I was given a new (well new to me) computer. It was one hundred times faster than my previous one and I am not exaggerating, though I may be understating. About two months after that I came across Vizzed. Now, I thought up NotJon because previously I was asked on some sites to provide an email so I could comment and being paranoid - and a little mean - I would use my friend's school email. Feeling guilty, though I occasionally still do it now lol but it's okay because our emails were deactivated long ago but I digress, I wanted it to be clear that I was NOT Jon.

There's this music rating site that I used to be active on. I made two accounts. The first was under the name of HonestJake which was a reference to my friend from freshman year who changed schools. He was in a band and when they played in New York, he said he would hear the locals say stuff like "what a jake" which I think means cops or perhaps jerk in this context. The Honest part of the name was because I liked justice? Maybe I was unknowingly self-righteous at the time. Anyway, I got tired of that account so I made a new one, HAHAgangstR. This was in reference to my AOL account which was given to me about ten years ago from my aunt, HAHAUDONTCME. gangstR sounded bad--- so I used that.

On MLB Trade Rumors, I go by YourBase because I once saw an image of Buster Posey (AKA the dude in my profile pick) with the well known meme "ALL YOUR BASE ARE BELONG TO US."

Well. There really isn't all that much diversity in mine. When I was around 5, I used amari498, a couple of years ago I used catfight07, and my most current/up to date one is catfight09

The Names I Use are Ghost Hour and Death Nation and Guard and Scythe.

The user name that I am mostly known well as on other sites is either AutumnMaidenDove or AutumnMDove. It's the meaning of my full name, which is how I got that user name. The second one is eternalflame81. I've had a lot of others in the past but I don't remember them. I only use SunflowerGaming, and the other two as regular user names.

I actually have a lot of user names that I go by, but by far this is the most common. Or at least it was. I've sort of switched to a new one, which I almost signed up as here, but I decided to go with my old standard.

My oldest screen name ever was robdude609b, which is clearly just my name. I actually had a few before that but they were all just one-offs. Robdude I used only for Yahoo, but I was really into the whole Yahoo scene, so it gets a classification of its own.

The next one I used for a while was Volvex, which is still in use because I've had the same Photobucket account for decades (Never did fill it...). Okay I've actually only had it for about... Huh. It HAS been almost ten years now. Wow, time flies. But anyway, I used Volvex on a few games, and one forum way, way WAAAAAAAY back in the day.

Then of course there was Lazlo Falconi, and soon after that came UP-ON-CPU, which I still use as a screen name on a few places--notably Deviant Art. I actually stole that from the first Sonic the Hedgehog game. It seems to be pretty unique though, nobody else uses it. I actually got so in on it that when I was in college, I use my CPU avatar on my business cards. To be fair, it was a pretty cool design (I think).

The latest screen name I've come up with that I've been using lately is nym (No capitalization necessary). This actually came up in an IRC channel where I was known as Psuedonym, since I didn't want to use my regular screen name anymore due to the bad reputation it had--even though these people didn't know it. The started calling me Sue, but I just decided nym was better for some reason and started going with that for a while.

Oh yeah, I also use lzlo (or lzl) on arcade games, and sometimes for online stuff that doesn't really matter. Other honorable mentions include superchronofanatic, SNES4EVER, NYLAR, and Fillmore. I guess that's it really.

Lazlo Falconi : Odd; out of all the names that you listed, Lazlo Falconi and UP-ON-CPU are the only ones that I can picture you using. The others.... Not at all, really.
(ps: spellcheck tells me that one of the things that I may have been trying to type instead of Lazlo is Lazybones. XD)

I've never really been able to come up with a decent user name that I've liked enough to stick with, so I change it constantly.

I started off as Soxfan849 when I registered to play fantasy football on ESPN. This site and ESPN's site are the only two places that I've used that name where I was regularly active(though that's not entirely true; my login name for steam is the same). I think I used the same login name on a DS ROM site that had an IRC on it. Unfortunately, that site got taken down rather quickly.

When I got Xbox Live, I used the name Patsfan911. It's drawn a bit of controversy because of 9/11. I tend not to use that name anymore, to avoid any kind of confrontation (I still use it on Xbox Live).

Another common name of mine has been Marquis de Laffayette. It's not creative enough for me to be a huge fan of, though.

And the last one I can remember is Tactical Sandbags. This is easily my favorite of all my usernames, and is the one I'm gonna try to use from here on out.

I'm Jody on every forum ever, because that's my real name, obviously. I figured if I was going to be an Internet phenomena (and I was, thankyouverymuch), I'd best be famous as my real name. And so it happened.

After being called John by accident on a forum I frequented, I became Jody and Occasionally John, but just on that forum.

The only other variation is Jody Falconi, which I use for other stuff. Everything I join online until Vizzed has been interconnected in some way or another, whether they're sister forums or have mutual members, so everyone knows who I am regardless of what name I use.

This is the first forum I've used KG, and I doubt I'll use it again. Not because I don't like it (I very much do), I just wanted to use something new, since joining this forum was a new experience. Like I said, everything I've done online has been connected somehow, so this was just it's own deal, and I decided I'd use a new name.

I don't think I've seriously registered anywhere with any other name in over 10 years.

I picked geeogree when I was in my teens and I've stuck with it. I can't imagine how much stuff about me is out there under that name =/. I wish I had been smart and kept my real name away from geeogree. Oh well, live and learn right?

Yeah I Have had all kinds of different  User names! Like I recently Started using Mink as my user name! I used To use shadow and i also have used Straw berry once Ha ha

I have the same username as this one everyone except one area, which my name is ThatOneLuigiFan. Nothing too drastically different.

I only have 1 username and it's this one. the only time it changes is If I have to add a number..some websites force you to use a number.

I'm legacyme3 pretty much everywhere on the internet now.

Theres very few exceptions.
