What do you do when you get shampoo in the eye!?

me I usually end up freaking out and grab a towel to wipe my eye with

This happens to me quite frequently, but I use an all-natural shampoo that is pretty gentle, so it doesn't sting my eyes very much (and consequently doesn't damage my hair). If I do get soap in my eye I rinse it out under the shower head, like they teach you to do if you get chemicals in your eye in science class. It really works!
