I would probably choose to be a Zora. I've always envied them while playing Ocarina of TIme because they can swim gracefully and not have to worry about drowning AND have a humanoid form. That's what I've always wanted. =/

I would definitely be Link. He gets to constantly be reborn again when he is needed. He gets to see a lot of cool stuff like underwater cities, cities in the sky, inside volcanoes, sail the oceans, travel by tornadoes, and the list just goes on and on. He is a great swordsman, and he has more gadgets throughout all of his adventures than Batman himself! 

I don't know why someone would want to be Ganon. He, unlike Link, has memories of everything that happens (whereas Link gets to just be reborn). That means he is trapped for YEARS, gathers the power to return, get his butt kicked by Link, become trapped again, and repeat that process over and over. He can't be very happy with his life.
