I haven't fallen asleep in class since middle school. Though in high school, I've come close several times to falling asleep, but I know how to at least make it look like I wasn't only paying attention in class. IT works wonders, and most teachers like me enough to give me a break hen they think I'm actually falling asleep.

I've only ever fallen asleep in one class, and I fell asleep every day in that class. The class was Art Appreciation. It was the most boring, annoying and useless class I had ever taken. All we did was watch documentaries about artists. And at 8:00 in the morning, documentaries are not very stimulating.

I've noticed that I only fall asleep when I've gotten a full night's rest.  And it almost always happens with certain professors.  I've tried using caffeine and sugar, but that always makes me crash harder.

Last semester (Since before Feb.1) I had to try really hard not to fall asleep by doing jumping jacks between classes. But now, most of my classes are so freaking cold that I have no problem shivering myself awake. The only class I have trouble staying awake in right now is French just because that is the only one that isn't arctic-like. I only ever fell asleep twice, once in grade 7 because we had a "school sleepover" and NOBODY got any sleep so out teacher gave us a nap time. And once in Science last semester when I finished our final early and forgot to bring a book.
