There are 3 that come to mind. The first one was from the original translated version of Resident Evil. Chris gives Jill a lock pick, and says "I assume that you, the master of picking locks, can use this". The next one was at the end of Sonic Adventure 2. Everyone is looking down on earth after the final epic battle. It is a touching moment. Robotnik sincerely says "I used to look up to my grandfather. He was my hero. Did he really mean to destroy us?". Then Tails comes in and ruins the moment by adding cheerfully "I don't know. What I do know is that WE ALL DID IT TOGETHER!" Great game, but that always annoyed me. The last is pretty much every single line said in Zombie Revenge. I can't pick one line because the whole dialogue was just a cheese fest.

But the point of the fail laugh in the scene is basically Tidus's way of "cheering up" Yuna's depression. If you look later in the scene, you'll see that they genuinely laugh after the whole "Hahahahaha" thing.

But yeah, show the scene to someone who hasn't played the game before and their first thought will be "What is this I don't even... O_o".

Well they may have bad voice acting, but in my POV think of those kinda things to be really funny and it makes the game enjoyable, even some of the greatest games have bad acting, but I think of it as a treat.....anyway the worst line I herd was this, Dracula: "What is a man!?
