When I was a kid, my cat had that problem. Scratch posts worked wonders, but didn't do much for the play biting.

Such a cute kitty!  I have 6 cats and love them all.  Misty and Peanut-butter both give me back massages at night.  Misty though gets the right spot on my shoulder blades~~~  I remember when Misty was a kitten she would grab your hand and start to gnaw on it then kick it around.  Also if she was super hyper she would go after your feet.  She's calmed down a lot after being spayed but some times she still loves to chew on my hand.
