Well for the time being it's nice to me...it's just when it got some problem, then it will start to really malfunction, then basically a whole board would be required to change....this can happen up to five months....

  At the moment I have a laptop from 2004 that has 50 gigs of space and 512 MB of ram;  it's possessor is less than ideal, and watching anime is like watching frame by frame photography.  I'd say on a good day, it malfunctions minimum 3-5 times.

Since I am using a new one now, I have not had any serious problems yet. My old one could freeze up depending on the applications running, but the worst things I experienced with it were somewhat random. Sometimes the sound would simply stop working. On random occasions, or when I was turning my old laptop on, the track pad would lock up and I would have to use the keyboard to restart the laptop if I did not have a mouse available to use.

It malfunctions very rarely.

The only time it does is when it goes on standby while I'm getting something. Sometimes it'll go into standby and make it impossible to restart. So I end up having to force shut down the computer. Often times losing a TON of work.

Geh I have a super old computer used by many people.  I only have 30 gigs of space on it and half of it is used by the OS and mandatory files....  If a virus scanner is running for updates or scanning I can forget about being on the computer.  Turning on aplications takes many many minutes.  Some times it will even crash programs or freez them up!  I wish I had a real new computer....  Used computers bite!
