I wasn't completely sure if I put his question in the right forum, but what I'm wonder. I've been surfing the web for about 10 minutes and a idea/question popped up in my head. Can I have a Gif background for my desktop? If so, how can I do that? Because there's a certain one I am looking for as a prank for my cousin. Can you guys tell me if I can do that? If so, can you give me a step by step to make it happen?
