I love camping too, and I go every summer with my family, my favorite place is in Maine on a giant lake. I can't wait to go there for a week when I my family and I go for a vacation.

I like to go camping with friends and family, but I don't like the idea of just heading randomly into the wild with only a backpack to survive with. I just go camping at predetermined sites and just explore the area around there. I'm content with not risking my life in the unknown.

I'm okay with it. I've only gone a couple times, though. Last summer when I went with some friends, I got to be the only sober person for three days straight. -__-  Yeahhh... I don't hang out with them anymore. I had much more fun with a couple of my other friends and their family in like 2006. I definitely prefer to be in a nice warm bed though, rather than a cramped tent. =|

I will be honest, I really dislike camping. I get bit by flies and bugs and when I have to go pee a roach always tries to crawl up my leg! It's so gross. Fortunately, I am a half-outside /half-inside person. I love to be outside depending on the day but camping for Poliwag is considered a no no. :]

I do and I don't at the same time. I love it because when I was a kid. My step father would bring us out there to his friends house. Mind you it was like 40 miles away from home. Lol. Anyways, he would bring us out there and bring my dirt bike for me to ride the track his friend made for his own personal entertainment. I would always try to brave the big jumps, but wind up chickening out of it and stick to she small jumps. It was some good memories, but I also didn't like it, because no matter how often I put sun block on me. I'd still get sun burned pretty badly, but it was worth it to get to ride my dirt bike.

It's official I am curse no matter what I do I always get sunburned camping. I even would put lotion on every 3 hours and some how still get burned... I am though glad we picked last weekend and not this weekend. That is because this weekend we are going to have a hurricane at our front door...
