I actually found Napoleon Dynamite to be pretty dull. I wasn't even able to finish it. I got halfway through before I decided it wasn't funny enough to waste my time on.

The most boring...... that's a toughy. I'd have to say the ORIGINAL When a Stranger Calls. The beginning of the movie was the only good part of the entire film. I think the remake outdoes the original, which is never usually the case in these situations.
